A special tradition is underway for our secondary students! 🎉 Before the walls rise and the lights shine, grade 7-12 students had the chance to leave their mark on the future by signing one of the beams that will become part of our new arena. 🏟️✍️

Exciting progress is happening across the district as multiple construction projects continue to move forward with impressive momentum! The new arena is beginning to take shape, with block walls and steel structures now visible — a thrilling sign of what’s to come. Construction on the new baseball and softball turf fields is in full swing. These dynamic improvements are a powerful reflection of our district’s continued commitment to delivering top tier educational and athletic environments for our students, staff, and community. Instructor Pilot Jason Fodor met with Elaine to plan her upcoming job shadow at Little Rock Air Force Base. Elaine is interested in becoming a Commercial Pilot, and Mr. Fodor is creating a hands-on experience to help her explore the field.
Her day will include meeting with a female pilot from the Guard, sitting in on a table-top briefing and route study, observing the flight crew’s setup while listening in with a headset, and even trying out a flight simulator while the crew is in the air.
Elaine came prepared with great questions and is looking forward to this incredible learning opportunity!
