We are pleased to announce the Woodrow Wilson Elementary Teacher Growth Score Merit Pay Incentives for the 2025–2026 school year. Five educators will receive additional compensation based on demonstrated student growth on annual ATLAS assessments for a total of $16,500.
This incentive program represents an exciting opportunity to reward instructional excellence, and we are proud to provide these payments just in time for the Christmas holiday. This Paragould School District merit pay incentive compensation is in addition to any state merit pay these teachers may be eligible to receive. We are deeply grateful for the hard work and commitment of both our students and staff, and we look forward to the continued academic growth and success in the years ahead.

Woodrow Wilson Elementary "Class Picture" Day is this Friday, December 12th. That is also our "Grinch Day" for the 12 Days of Christmas. We would ask that you please send your child in picture appropriate clothing, and any "Grinch" items that you wear should be removable for the picture (like a hat, mask, gloves, etc.)
