Congratulations to all of our students who participated in the High School and the Junior High Regional Chess Tournament on October 23 at the NEA Coop. It was a great day! The following students received a trophy: Dalen Burroughs and Ethan Wells both won 3 of 4 matches and Elijah White won 2.5 of 4 matches yesterday for high school. Paxton McGowen and Elijah Watson won 4 of 5 matches, and Alex Cook won 3.5 matches of 5 yesterday for junior high! Way to go both teams! 💙❤️

Ada Chen was named Arkansas Peace Week Art Finalist yesterday for 8th grade. Her art piece was titled "A Dove's Wings of the World." Her art will hang in the Arkansas Capitol the month of November. Ada has been invited to the Capitol on November 16th where the winners will be announced. Congratulations Ada! 💙❤️

Packets to participate in the 2024 Flu Clinic for the PJHS and PHS school body will be going out Monday, October 21 and MUST be back by Thursday, October 24. The clinic will be held at school with the Health Department on 10/31/24. Packets must be filled out and consent signed for students to participate.

Homecoming week kicks off this Sunday night with a "Movie Under the Stars" event on the Paragould High School campus - all Rams welcome! So bring your blankets and lawn chairs and join us as we watch "Alice in Wonderland". Gates open at 6:15pm and the movie starts at 7:00pm. No cost to enter. Concessions will be available.
