Paragould School District will be closed Monday, September 7, for both virtual and onsite instruction. Virtual student Grab and Go meal pickup will be on Tuesday, September 8. Have a safe and happy Labor Day weekend!

The deadline to switch between on-site and virtual instruction is this Friday, September 4th. Please read the guidance on the PSD website under the 'PSD Ready for Learning FAQ' document for complete details involving both virtual and on-site instruction.
We have PJHS student section vouchers for tonight's junior high volleyball match at GCT. They are available for pickup in the front office. Students, in order to attend, you must have a voucher and pay $5 admission at the gate. The match will take place at the GCT high school gym

The afternoon car rider line will extend all the way across the front of the Junior High building. After 1:30pm, car rider line parking only will be permitted in front of the sidewalk. Students have marked locations on the front sidewalk to help with social distancing.

We can't wait to see students on Monday, and we are working hard to keep kids safe! Remember, students will not be using lockers this year, and 7th and 8th grades will run on alternate bell schedules to lower hall traffic.




This will be the final week of welcome posts for our new faculty members for 2020-21. Mr. Timothy Johnson will be teaching special education at PJHS. Welcome, Mr. Johnson!

We are so ready for our students to return! School starts August 24.

Erin Calhoon, Director of Program and Events from United Way of NE Arkansas, presented a monetary donation, school supplies, and toothbrushes to the Paragould School District today. The monetary donation resulted from the Virtual "Stuff the Bus" Event that was held recently. The Paragould School District is so appreciative of The United Way Organization's support for the Paragould School District. THANK YOU!!

Friday (8/21), any virtual student that has not picked up their computers may do so. Items can be picked up during the hours of 8:00-3:45pm. A signed AUP must be turned in to receive a chromebook, charger, and virtual information packet.
