There is a statewide issue that is causing PSD's internet to be down. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon, teachers may not be able to Zoom with the outage.
Student Interim Report Grades for the 2nd nine weeks are now available to view in Home Access Center (HAC). If a student has a question about their HAC login, they may email their first period teacher to get login information.
This Friday's (11/20) Jr/7th Grade Girls' basketball games vs. Brookland have been canceled.
We are getting reports of PLWC's internet being down throughout the city. PJHS is aware of the issue and will be flexible for Zoom attendance and completing online coursework while their internet is down.
The 7th grade game vs. Manila tonight has been cancelled. The Sr. Boys Varsity game will be played starting @ 6:00.
Friday night's games with Brookland have been cancelled as well.
The 7th Grade Boys basketball game scheduled for tonight (11/17) at Manilla has been cancelled. The Sr. High game will still be played beginning at 6:00pm.

Junior high boys' basketball updates:
Tonight's (11/16) 7th grade boys and junior high boys basketball games at Brookland have been cancelled. We will try to reschedule at a later date.
Tomorrow's (11/17) game at Manila will be only 7th grade boys and senior high varsity. Games start at 6:00.
The boys' home game next Monday (11/23) vs. Valley View will be 7th grade, PHS junior varsity, and PHS senior varsity. Games at 5:00.
PJHS & PHS students who are transitioning to virtual learning Monday, November 16 through Friday, November 20 may pick up meals each day at PJHS Front Hall Side Entrance (10:30-12:00).
Regular, weekly pre-ordered virtual meals will be served on Monday as normal.
Paragould Junior High will transition to virtual learning from Monday, November 16, through Friday, November 20. PJHS students will continue to receive instruction through Zoom and Google Classroom utilizing teacher led instruction.
REMINDER:
School picture retakes are tomorrow, Wednesday, November 11th from 8:00-11:00am. Virtual students may check in the front office to have their picture taken.
Tonight's 7th/Jr Girls basketball game at Rector has been rescheduled.
Jr High Baseball Tryouts will be December 8th at 5:30 pm at the high school baseball field for all interested 7th and 8th graders. If there is inclement weather, the tryout will be in the field house. Make sure to bring all necessary equipment including a mask and a water bottle.
