Attention parents of 1st grade students GOING INTO 2nd grade for the 2022-23 school year. Below is the survey link for the Elementary School Application.
1) It will be available online through Friday, March 4th.
2) Fill out one survey per student going into 2nd grade.
3) After March 4th, applications will be accepted by hand delivery, fax or email only. A paper copy of the elementary school registration application can be picked up at the District Administration office, Paragould Primary office or at any of the three elementary schools. Please send completed paper applications to:
