English PSD district administrators are closely monitoring the weather today. All car lines will start at 1:00 this afternoon (Wednesday, April 13). Buses are scheduled to run on a normal schedule. In the event severe storms arrive at or close to dismissal time, students will be held until the storms pass and it is safe to travel. All after school activities have been canceled. ⚠️Due to the potential threat of severe weather during the early evening hours on Wednesday, 2nd-6th grade volleyball camp will move their dismissal time up by 1 hour. Warning, another BRAG POST ahead! Meet 4th grade student Gauge Robison in Mrs. Herring's homeroom. Gauge loves gaming, his big family and doing double backflips on his trampoline at home. He thinks school is cool when he get's to go to PE. Gauge enjoys eating BBQ chicken, burgers and hot dogs (YUM!). He also said his cat just had kittens so he currently has 6-7 pet's and one of them is a raccoon. How cool is that?! Gauge we are so proud to have you at OGE and enjoy learning not only about you but from you!

BRAG POST! Meet KIND KID Maydes Rodriguez, she is a third grade student in Mrs. Wendy's homeroom at OGE. Maydes loves to help her mom cook, clean and she even loves to do her own chores. WOW! Maydes cares deeply for others, she loves her family, friends and school. She plays soccer and is going to start playing baseball soon. Maydes your care and kindness for other people do not go unnoticed. Thank you for being a part of OGE and making it the place to be!

BRAG POST! Carson Clements is a 2nd grade student at OGE in Mrs. Tonya's classroom. Carson is one awesome kid and exuberate's self-confidence, in fact he even says "I feel good about myself". It is great when kids are happy and confident in who and where they are. Carson loves school because he get's to do math and fun. He enjoys talking, telling jokes and playing games with his friends like basketball, soccer and kick ball. Carson also enjoys most food except for onions, he loves spaghetti, hamburgers, french fries and even radish. Carson we are so proud that you are a student at OGE and love watching you flourish!

Meet Chloe Clements, 2nd grade student, in Mrs. Rogers' homeroom at OGE. Chloe was chosen to be February Citizen of the Month. Chloe loves the color pink, eating broccoli, coloring, reading and learning. Chloe wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up! She also said that if she could go anywhere on vacation it would be to Tennessee so she could go on a hike. We are so very proud of you Chloe, keep up the good work!

Vivienne's favorite color is orange , her favorite food is steak and she loves drawing. Her favorite part of school is the teachers and when she grows up she wants to be a Veterinarian.
