Baldwin Builder of the Day: Fourth Grader Amaira Cano

Fourth Grade Science Club explored the question: “Why are marine fossils in mountains?” Learning included information on layers with fossils, how tectonic plates make mountains, and how the marine fossils came to be far from water. Students layered colored paper to model limestone and other fossil rich layers and pressed them together to watch them rise in the center. They were quite artsy and created some very interesting drawings based on their research of things that lived in the period they researched! #FourthGradeScienceClub

Our Baldwin Builder of the Day: Eddi Luster
Today we’re celebrating a student who makes our school stronger in all the best ways! Our Baldwin Builder of the Day, Eddi Luster, was chosen for her hard work, positive attitude, and the way she lift others up—whether in the classroom, the hallway, or with a simple act of kindness.
We are so proud of the effort, integrity, and heart Eddi brings to Baldwin every single day. Students like this remind us that building a great school happens one kind choice, one brave moment, and one hardworking Ram at a time.
Way to go, Eddi! Keep shining and keep building something wonderful.
