Last week, Ms. Jamie and Ms. Laura’s toddlers made fall leaves—the clean way! 🎨🍃 The kiddos had so much fun creating their colorful fall artwork and enjoying a little seasonal creativity!

Grandparents Day is on Friday, September 11th!

No school Monday, September 7, 2026 in observance of Labor Day.

🫧 A Little Messy, A LOT of Fun! 🫧

Ms. Jamie and Ms. Laura’s toddlers tried something new today—shaving cream sensory play!** 🥰

It was definitely fun, a little messy, and made cleaning the tables pretty easy! 😂

We love seeing our teachers try new experiences and watching our Little Rams learn, explore, and have a great time along the way! ❤️💙

Lesson learned: Sometimes the best learning comes with a little mess!😄

Paragould School District K–12 students will not have school on Friday, September 4, due to a district staff development day.

S21C families, please note that there will be no before-care or after-care hours available on this date. Please make arrangements accordingly.

✂️👀 Eyes on Your Scissors!

Ms. Beth’s class has been working hard on building their scissor skills! Our Tiny Rams used googly eyes as a fun visual reminder to help them practice the correct grip and hand position—the eyes should always be “looking” at them while they cut! ❤️💙

Simple tricks like this make learning fun while helping our littles strengthen the fine motor skills they use every day. Way to go, Tiny Rams! 🐏✂️

🧡 Learning Through Play in Ms. Beth’s Preschool Class! 🧡

Ms. Beth’s class had so much fun learning with Play-Doh, buttons, and googly eyes! 👀

During their whole-group lesson, students practiced one-to-one correspondence while creating their own Play-Doh faces. They talked about how we have two eyes and made sure their creations did, too!

All that rolling, pinching, squeezing, and creating wasn’t just fun—it also helped strengthen those little fingers and build important fine motor skills. 💪🖐️

Learning through play is the best kind of learning! ❤️

🌈 Learning Through Play in Ms. Beth’s Preschool! 🩷💙💛💚

Today, our preschool friends had a fun Pom-Pom Match-Up! Each child was given a pom-pom and had to find a friend who had a pom-pom that matched theirs by color. What a fun way to practice color recognition, social skills, and learning our friends’ names! 🥰

We also took time to explore our pom-poms and noticed how they can be different sizes and have different textures. Our little learners were busy comparing, describing, and discovering!

So much learning can happen through a simple little pom-pom! 🧶✨
