S21C is responsible for the education of the 3-5 year old special needs children. A special needs teacher, speech pathologist, and special needs aides assist the services of the children. The special needs staff also provides services to children at Head Start and other private providers in Paragould.

This program brings the parent information on a variety of topics. We have over 300 TIP cards to help with parents on their child's healthy and school success.
